Day 01 – Negombo
Meet your guide on arrival at the Colombo Bandaranayake International Airport and transfer to the Hotel. After refreshments,if you have time,visit a fishing village. Enjoy a boat safari as well. Overnight stay in Negombo.Day 02 – Anuradhapura
After breakfast,leave to Anuradhapura.First Capital of Sri Lanka,built in the 3rd Century BC. Declared as a World Heritage Site. Visit Sri Maha Bodhi, the oldest historically documented tree in the world, the Brazen Palace , Dagobas, Ruwanwelisaya, Abeygiri & Jetawana Monasteries, finely preserved rock-cut statues of Lord Buddha and ruins of palaces, Isurumuniya rock temple. Overnight at Anuradhapura.
Day 03 – Trincomalee
After breakfast leave for Trincomalee. Visit hot water spring wells. Afterwards visit the Thirukoneshwaram Kovil built by the sage Agasthyar as per the instructions of Lord Shiva who was impressed by the devotion of King Ravana. This place has the uniqueness of the Lord building a temple for his devotees a reward for his devotion. Lord Rama also offered his prayers on his return to get rid of the Brahmahasthi Dosham. Overnight stay in Trincomalee.Day 04 – Sigiriya
After breakfast leave for Habarana. Enjoy the Village Safari in Habarana. Visit the Minneriya National Park for Wildlife Sarai during the evening. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.Day 05 – Kandy
After breakfast, transfer to Kandy. En-route,visit the Sigiriya Rock and the Dambulla Golden & Cave temple. Enjoy a spectacular Traditional Cultural Dance show in Kandy in the evening. Visit the Kandy Tooth Relic temple and complete the city tour. Overnight stay in Kandy.Day 06 – Nuwara-Eliya
After checking out from the hotel,travel deeper in to the tea-growing hills and have the option to wind through the mountains with magnificent views. En-route to Nuwara Eliya,you will visit Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple. On these hills of Ramboda where Hanuman was searching for Sita Devi, the Chinmaya mission of Sri Lanka built a temple with Hanuman as the presiding deity. Visit the Tea plantation and the factory. Visit waterfalls and Gayathri peedam temple in Nuwara Eliya town. Overnight Stay in Nuwaraeliya.
Day 07 – Yala
After breakfast depart for Yala. Visit Sitha Eliya Sita Amman temple where the prominent temple architecture will not fail to attract your attention. Ancient statues of Rama and Sita can be seen on one side of the temple. The temple today is a modern building with its painting, statues and pillars decorated with sculptures, all depicting the tale of Rama and Sita.Visit Asoka Vathika.Visit divurumpola.(This is the place where Sita Devi underwent Agni Pariksha.) Ravana cave, Ravana waterfall, Ella gap. Overnight stay in Yala.Day 08 – Mirissa
Early morning,check out from the hotel and leave for Mirissa. Take a boat tour for Whale Watching. Visit the Unawatuna beaches and Spend your leisure time either by the hotel poolside or the beach. Overnight stay in Mirissa.Day 09 – Bentota
After breakfast,leave for Benthota. En-route,visit the Galle Fort and a turtle hatchery in Hikkaduwa. Overnight stay in Benthota.Day 10 – Airport
After breakfast,leave to the Airport via Colombo. Enjoy the Colombo City tour. Visit Shopping Malls,the museum,the parliament,world trade center and the Galle Face green. Leave to the airport for departure in due time.
